I enter my license code and it throws me the following error (The purchase code has been registered too many times. Please contact ThemeFusion to resolve.) My website has suffered an attack and that is why I need to enter my license again. who can help me?

When i enter my License key in Theme at check box and i see a error statement (The purchase code has been registered too many times. Please contact ThemeFusion to resolve.). My Site is related to Cricket and has suffered an attacks that’s why i need this solution.
