Unable to verify purchases I've made

Recently we bought a themeforest theme. I now installed Envato Toolkit and need the personal token. To get it I should display the Verify purchases I’ve made information. But that is just not there. I can download the files properly but want to activate the Envato Toolkit for that.
Are my settings set correctly? See for example Unable to generate a personal token.

Here’s how to create a personal token:

  1. Go to your apps on the Envato API site: https://build.envato.com/my-apps/
  2. Scroll to the very bottom and click Create a new token
  3. Enter a token name, such as “Toolkit for [theme name]”. This can be anything.
  4. Place a checkmark in the following. Do not check anything else.
    • View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
    • View your Envato account username
    • Download your purchased items
    • List purchases you’ve made
    • Verify purchases you made
  5. Read the terms and conditions and affirm your agreement.
  6. Once you click Create token you will see the new token pop up.
  7. Copy the token and open a new tab to place it into Envato Toolkit.
  8. Go back to the token page and confirm you’ve copied it successfully; click the Woohoo! Got it. button, and you’re done!

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for answering. I am sorry to report that your instruction is not what I see. When I click the link for the apps I have to login and after that I can only access my account details on https://account.envato.com/
So there are no apps to be seen…
What is wrong?

Try going back to https://build.envato.com/my-apps/ once you’ve logged into account.envato.com, does it still redirect you?

It keeps on redirecting me. But after logging in I get confirm option. I covered that last week.
Maybe the problem lies in the fact that I am maintaining this site from Europe at the moment?

It has been a while since my last reply. Could you please investigate why I cannot get to the token?

Apologies! You may wish to try a different browser as a final test.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting the Envato Help Team - they’ll help you sort this out.

Thanks!

I tried both Firefox and Chrome and the same thing happens. I will try to contact the Help team.
