I just submitted my tax information to Envato to begin uploading stock footage to sell, but all I keep getting is an error page saying something to the effect of “Oops something went wrong, try again later”.
How do I get passed this page in order to actually begin uploading?
Confirm that you’re not behind a proxy
Turn off any antivirus software before uploading
Try and upload again using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox
I tried all of these 3 things.
can you try with Google chrome
I get the same error message on Firefox, Chrome, MS Edge, and Opera.
I also tried turning off my firewall entirely and that didn’t help.
