Cannot upload stock footage

I am trying to upload stock footage for the first time and I keep getting this error message. it’s been a few days?

Hi I’m having the same problem here… i’m not seeing anything helpful in the link… I’ve tried to upload my first video to the review team several times and all I get is the same message… However if I try to upload anything else but stock footage it allows me to do it… Please help!!
