Unable to update Soledad

Hi,
when I try to update my theme I get this error: Update failed. The update package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

Have you seen this before?

Same here. Until now all previous auto updates worked fine.

  1. Update via wordpress -> Fail
  2. Update via Envato Market Plugin -> Fail

Error:
Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I also downloaded the zip from Envato again, unpacked and re-zipped it.

  1. Manual Upload -> Partial success. It is handled like a brand new theme. So you have to extra choose it from the menu and completely set the layout from scratch.

So I had to switch back to previous version and remove the upload/theme.

Will contact the support and update this post.

Same here - same error - I’ve never had this issue before. I’m on WP and Soledad has always done a great job until now. I won’t upload it until you keep us posted Grandegae ! Thanks for the support :smile:

If you check the link in my previous post, the ticket has been updated with an easy way to upgrade the theme. Tested myself and worked like a charm. No worries. Cheers!
