I’ve installed a template from BeTheme on my WordPress site. However, whenever I click on the ‘Customize’ button to personalize the template, I encounter an error message stating, ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’
I am logged in as an administrator and am unsure why this error is occurring.
Could someone please assist me with this issue?
