Recently we have upgraded Moodle version 4.0 to 4.2.2+ version with the latest lambda theme which was released on 1st June 2023(1.98.44). However, we found some UI-related issues with the plugin.
1. Items are missing from the Gradebook setup button
The Single View and User report items are missing from the drop-down list. This option is available till 4.2.1+ but from the latest version onwards the items are missing. However we have verified the same from the Boost and Classic theme, the items are available there. This is happening for the Lambda theme

2. UI broken when clicking on the Action icons
From the latest version onwards we can click on the 3 dots near the name which is available in the Gradebook. However, when we click on the icons, it is displayed hidden from the UI and the user doesn’t get noticeable
