I have tried translated the “Read more” button in my blog posts without success. Is there anyone who could help me solving this problem?

Welcome to the forums! It all depends on how the theme was coded. Assuming you’re using WordPress, you need to edit language file either with “Poedit” software, or with additional plugin installed on your blog. There are several of them on the market, including, but not limited to, Weglot, qTranslate or Transposh.
If there’s no language file, you need to find a part of theme that displays the “Read More” button. Alternatively you can try a quick guide from official WordPress codex (see the “Modify The Read More Link Text” part):
