Top menu not showing on mobile devices

hi

I am using the themeforest them on wordpress and for some reason the top menu isn’t showing on mobile devices or when i shrink the page.
Any idea?

If the theme installed on your website was purchased from ThemeForest then you need to reach the author and ask for support. I would give you a direct link but you didn’t told us the theme name.
