Mobile menu not showing up

Hi, I purchased a new theme and trying to set it up on my website https://sdccyabolts.com/ and the navigation menu does not show up on Mobile.

I have made sure that the mobile option is clicked on the Appearance → Menus
Somehow the header is not working for mobile view. Can somebody please help?
