I bought the Seamless Transitions in May 9 this year. Im just now trying to use the transitions in the Adobe Premiere, but they are asking me for a Register Purchase Code. Ok, then a went to my account at Envato Site and enter into my “downloads” fold… for my surprise THATS NOT ANY PURCHASE inside the box, as Ive never had bought nothing at the site (and then I cannot have a purchase code). But I have the email to prove Ive paid for that, Ive credit card bills to prove that… Whats happening? Should I paid again? someone stole my account?
Are you sure you bought the “Seamless Transitions” project from Envato? If you are facing a problem even though you have purchased from Envato, send an e-mail to Envato with the necessary evidence and you will solve your problem. Thanks.
