Envato license for Premiere Presets

HI, I´m new to Envato and to this Forum. Hi to all!
I have just one doubt regarding to the license.
I use Adobe Premiere. If I buy a pack of transitions or a pack of title animations, that is, Premiere Presets, do I have to purchase a new license every time I use it in a new video or I just need to pay once? You know, I´m not going to use 700 title presets in one single video…
