The theme i purchased is not upload in the correct format.

What do you mean ‘in the correct format’?
Do you mean like the demo? Have you set it up fully/imported content etc. or just installed the theme?
I installed the theme and imported the demo using same file upload. it installed, but i cant see the DEMO.
Kindly assist with solution.
