I am trying to install my woffice theme and I am getting this message:

Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme install failed.
I am a novice to wordpress and I do not know how to fix this issue

I think your theme is style.css file is missing or you are installing the wrong file.

The actual theme is probably inside the outer Zipped File (which contains elements and documentation) Try opening the Main zip and look inside.
