I am trying to create api for my theme. but i could not. it says The scopes failed to load: The API returned an error (403 - ), How can i solve this problem? i have cleared cookies, data, but still got this error

please clear browser cache and cookies and try again. Also you can try with another browser. and try to create token directly from here: https://build.envato.com/create-token
Please make sure you set required Token permissions. It may prompt you to sign into your Envato account.

We’ve just released a fix to the build.envato.com site that should address this 403 issue. Could you please try again? If you still experience the issue, follow the steps @mgscoder mentioned. If it’s still occurring, please reply back here and we’ll keep digging.

Good morning,
I am having the same error, I have tried with different web browsers (chrome, firefox, edge), clear cache and cookies and the error is still the same.

Could not load signed in user profile: The API returned an error (403 - )
To manage your applications, you must first log in with your Envato Account.

If I click on signin it brings me again on the error message
