The revolution slider no longer appeared on my site.

Hi,

The revolution slider no longer appeared on my site. I could not update with newest version because it came with Baby Kids theme. current Installed Version: 4.6.5 and Latest Available Version: 5.0.9.
I add username, Envato API Key, Purchase code(baby kid) but error.

Please help and advise.
