I get this error:
“The purchase code is already registered on another site. Please go to your account and manage your licenses.”
The problem is when I click the link to manage my purchases, the purchase code is connected to my website that I am trying to update. So it’s correct, but Flatsome/Envato says it’s not. Please help.
License registration process maintain through the Author own environment. So you have to contact the author of your purchased theme, the author will assist you.
