The PLAY button on the songs stops working

Hello!

I’m sorry if this isn’t the place to talk about it, but I couldn’t find any other way to contact Envato

I’ve been using envato for over a year and every time I need to choose a song, I run into the same problem.

I listen to some songs and when I change pages, the PLAY button in the Envato gallery disappears (see screenshot).

I’ve deleted the history, changed browsers and the problem persists.
Even in the incognito tab.

It’s very annoying and gets in the way of creating, as I spend more time trying to listen than finding a good song (there are some great ones).

Please fix this!

Do you happen to be using Kaspersky? There is a known issue where the audio play button won’t load for customers who have Kaspersky installed.

I don’t use Kaspersky, but I’ve disabled my antivirus and the problem still persists.

Another error is that the music doesn’t load. It keeps loading and not loading.

I have good internet, 260MB, it’s not possible hehe

I have that exact same problem. I’m using Safari on a Mac.

It should be some audio of a doorbell. But if something is blocking this link, you would experience the problem shown in your screenshot. Opening the link directly may provide more information.

Since you reported that the problem occurs after being able to play some audio, can you go to elements.envato.com and browse around until the problem begins?

Then, try visiting the doorbell audio again, and refresh it for good measure. I do expect you to see something different when the players stop loading.

Hello!

I opened the browser, played the songs, switched pages and the problem started.
I rang the link bell.
I went back to the songs, refreshed the page, it seems to have gone, but then the problem returns.
And now the play appears but when I play the song it doesn’t play.
It shows a darker gray in the song graphic, but it doesn’t play.

It’s very unstable and frustrating to want to listen and choose and not be able to.
