I’m trying to register my template but I keep getting the following message:
The envato API is down and we can’t verify your purchase code. Please try again later. Sorry about this.
Can anybody advise me on what to do? Thanks
Sounds like there may be an issue with Envato API, try again later as it’s suggested, if it still doesn’t work, contact the item author for the support. Your server may block API requests, that could be the reason why you can’t register it.
Envato API is not down, it is Operational.
Are you trying to verify purchase using purchase code or personal token?
