The database of the previously activated theme with its license was removed by mistake.

Dear,

A while ago I made a purchase of two themes, Porto and Electro.

The two themes already mentioned have been activated along with their licenses, by human error one of the technicians of our development group eliminated the database where the Porto theme was hosted, now that we are activating and structuring the web from scratch it does not allow us complete with the installation of theme without first activating the license, as an earlier case has already been activated does not allow us to move forward.

Is there a way to deactivate the old license and activate the new license to rebuild the website again?
