Hi

I purchased a WordPress theme from Envato Market (StylemixThemes) around four years ago. Recently, I started working on my website again and activated WordPress on my hosting. However, I mistakenly uninstalled WordPress without deactivating the theme license.

After reinstalling WordPress, I am now unable to activate the theme as I no longer have access to the license activation. Unfortunately, I do not have an active support license at the moment.

Could you please advise me on how I can deactivate the previous activation so that I can reuse the license? I would appreciate any guidance you can provide.

Is it the same end product or a different one? If you’re planning to use it for a different end product, you’ll need to purchase a new license as per Envato’s terms. If it’s for the same end product, you can reach out to the author through the contact form on their Envato profile or via the item comments section.

On top of what @baevox suggested, the author may ask to you to purchase “support period” which may cost almost a new license.
