I purchase the porto theme and license 2018. Recently I want to build my website. But I accident use the license key to activate the other website.
After I realise I make mistake, I try to click “deactivate button” it shows the theme is not activate. But when I refresh the page, the theme automatic activate again.
When I try to use the license key to the site I want to use, it shows the license key is being used.
Can anyone tell me what do I have to do?
I try to contact porto theme and envato, no reply come from them.
