Can’t Envato analyze the ThemeForest database for dead preview links, contact the theme/template designers, and give them 10 days to correct the link before their submission is deleted? I was just looking at one template with a broken preview, and it was reported in the comments 5 years ago!
I’d say 10-15% of the templates demos I want to preview are not working, and while most of the designers will respond within a day or so if you report it in the comments, there are some dead submissions with no support/response that are just taking up space and wasting the customer’s time.
While I understand it’s the designer’s responsibility to keep their previews online, it seems like a very simple task to have a script check for dead preview links and parse the stagnant ones.
