I am trying to import the website I built using a template kit from a staging website to the domain but kept stock on the uploaded 100 percent in all in one migration? Do I need to upload the template kit from envato template kit?

This is likely due to issues with the localhost setup. If you got to 100% you may be able to stop it and still have all of your content migrated. The best source of support for this issue is your webhost.
You can otherwise try exporting your site using Elementor. See Elementor > Get Help and search for “Export”
