I have uploaded an business card item in graphicriver yesterday which was solely design by me without any duplication. But they banned or locked my account after some time of uploading . Then i have mailed them about the issue but they replied me with no hope recovery of my account.
I’m really both shocked & hurt at this action as i might be new in the graphicriver but i’ m not unaware of the rules and regulation .I have complied with all their rules!
Need help for urgent recovery of my account.
