Hello,

We bought the Eva - Fashion WooCommerce Theme from you about a month ago. First problem: I wrote to temashdesign to ask about some graphic changes, but no answer at all!
Second problem: turned out the theme uses to many request to the server (everything turned off but CPU usage almost 100%). How can I solove this problem without a decent support?
What should I do? If the support unreachable can I get refund?
