I have two licenses for WPBakery Page Builder for WordPress, each with 2 months left on their support. However, when I log in and try and submit a request, I am told it needs to be renewed.
You can mark this as fixed.
It was pulling in an outdated license. I was able to rectify this by deactivating the old license on the WP backend, then deactivating it through Envato.
