I have purchased one of your theme but i am not getting any kind of support from your side.
I have mailed the issue several times but no feedback from your side is received.
I have requested for vibe-themes password so that i can login and get support but no mail has been received in this regards.
Its really very shame full that a simple password generation functionality is not working for your live site.
1 month has been passed in the same issue.
I need the password within 1 hour.
