I want to raise a concern regarding the sudden drop in sales over the past two days—there have been zero sales. It seems like marketplace traffic may have been redirected or affected, but there’s been no official update.
Additionally, I had submitted a support request over a month ago, but still haven’t received any response. This raises serious concerns about whether there is an active team managing the Marketplace anymore.
I’m starting to wonder:
Is the Marketplace shutting down or being phased out?
Is the team working on a major transition (like moving to an Elements model)?
Or is this just a temporary issue without communication?
I hope this is addressed soon, as it affects sellers’ trust and income.
Previously, I experienced at least 5–10 sales daily, but today, for the first time in the past 7 years, I had zero sales. It’s very disappointing and concerning.
It seems like the traffic is being redirected to Elements, and there’s a possibility that one day they might suddenly shift their focus entirely to Elements with a surprise update, leaving the traditional Marketplace behind — catching all authors off guard.
I am still suprised that there still are people who have hope for a market
Also if some of you think that elements gets a better pie then i can assure you that it drops in earning as well. It is not like they are making elements great either.
