Strata Wordpress theme: is the Licenz of WPBakery included?

Sorry, i am a Beginner AND german. Until now I worked with joomla and bought strata to begin to work with wordpress. I installed and made some sites but i don’t know if i have a licenz for wpbakery and how to use then.
