When you buy a Theme with WPBakery included… the plugin is included and you can can use it, but you don;t get your own license. The author of the theme has paid the WPBakery guys so that they can use it in their theme. If it’s not working, then it might be a case of waiting until the author has updated the bundled plugin to the latest version. Either way, if you’re having an issue, contact the author for advice.
