Strange! Dashboard Shows a payout, But received nothing

I saw a payout was sent to my paypal on november 1st, balance is back to zero, but nothing is received on my paypal end, not a big amount just curious about this glitch !

Envato Market pays out its authors on the 15th of each month. No need to worry—Envato will send your earnings to your payout method on the 15th of this month. Here’s the reference URL for more information.

No need to contact Envato support, your money will be sent at 15th as @baevox suggested.
