Hello,

I haven’t received any payout calculation email from Envato, nor have I received the payment through my active payout method (PayPal). However, the amount of $48.07 was deducted from my ThemeForest account on February 1st.

Could you please assist me with this?

At the end of each month, earnings are transferred to the author’s account and typically appear after the eighth day of the following month. https://author.envato.com

First of all, look in that spam folder for any emails regarding payout calculations. Then, check your PayPal details and payout settings in your Envato account to confirm everything is correct. If you find everything appears in order, then I recommend you go ahead and contact Envato Market support with your account details and transaction reference so they can go ahead and look into the deduction of $48.07, along with the missing payout. I was wondering, why Envato Market and Envato Elements payouts both came from the Envato Elements PTY this month?

You need a minimum of $50 for the payment to be sent to your active method.
Your market earnings should have been transferred to your Balance from your Author Dashboard.
So you should get the payment next month assuming you will make at least $1.93 this month.

@WindstripeThemes has explained correctly.

There is a $50 minimum payout amount (for each of the payout methods). If you don’t reach the $50 minimum within the month, Envato will withhold your monies until you reach the minimum.

Your money has added in your Author Dashboard balance. You can check your Balance here:

As far as I know currently (these months) Envato is not sending monthly earning calculation emails anymore. Envato will send an email when they will send you the money (payout day).

I have same issue
01 Mar 2025 Payout Transfer to balance $-40.49
01 Feb 2025 Payout Transfer to balance $-48.12
Total around $88.61
i should be received in 15 mar 2025 but still not received yet.
help me please.

If payment date falls into weekends (Sat, Sun) you’ll have to wait until next week to receive the payment
