Hi all. Some time ago I stopped recieving emails about approved/rejected items, answers for comments and some others… But I still recieve markenting emails. In my email settings all is ok. I don’t even recieve answers from envato support. Have anybody ever faced this problem?
What email service provider are you using?
Google. And i checked the spam folder)
try to use new mail once.
Contact Envato support, they will help. I had a similar issue once and they fixed it, because problem was on their side
