[Soft rejected] for HTML app landing page, some help?

Hi there, HTML developers,
may someone help me with what I should change in this template about scrolling animations to make it approve?
Because there are tons of landing pages that have animations in almost every div container, so I don’t understand what’s wrong with the animations on my template.

Here’s the rejection message:
1. SCROLLING ANIMATIONS: The scrolling animations are currently overused. Animation is a tool that should be used sparingly to help enforce the concept of your design. Please consider where you are using animations and their purpose.

Just reduce the animations. Perhaps, you should use animations in only images, not in all the text of the page. Thanks

Futher more u can improve the design of buttons and menu to generate more sales once this template got selected.
