HTML Soft Rejected (SCROLLING ANIMATION, SMOOTH SCROLL)

Hi all,

My first HTML template Soft Reject With Following Reasons.

  1. SCROLLING ANIMATIONS: The scrolling animations are currently overused. Animation is a tool that should be used sparingly to help enforce the concept of your design. Please consider where you are using animations and their purpose.

  2. SMOOTH SCROLL: Please remove the scrolling effect

  • Conversion of existing item

I think custom scrollbar is a one of a reason to reject, but I didn’t get other reasons properly. Most templates are use smooth scroll.

So can anyone give me some advise before resubmit.
