Slider Revolution is not loading and license code not available

I have purchased VoteStart - Political Campaign Theme.
But Slider Revolution is not loading. And unable to Activate the Slider Revolution. LIcense key is not found.
Please check out and let me at earliest.

If slider revolution included with your theme you do not need license key for slider.
Here you can find your purchase theme license key.
