Just check the latest similar approved items on the marketplace and compare it.
It’s not only one or few thing, the general design lacks ( of details ) and it looks unfinished.

checked other approved items on the marketplace but we didn’t find any difference.
for example , example site 1

if possible can you suggest some point in brief please?

Firstly the example you shared are both at least a year or more old and have very little sales

@ki-themes is right about yours - it’s lots of little things

Typography needs a lot of work

The invoices and emails etc don’t look good on mobile

The hosting sets off our security

Lots of watches on item pages that don’t link to anything

You can’t use trademarks or copyrighted assets

Hi,

  • Bug in top nav bar after scrolling on desktop
  • ‘Our collection’ images are bugged in big screens
  • Lag after click new page
  • General design must be improved
