Should i refund or not?



Hey there
I got my first refund request from a buyer. Here is my situation, buyer said me that he is facing some sort of
issue while installing the theme. Guess what he is not installing it correctly, not uploading the theme files. So first i given instruction and after that i have installed for him.
Now client is putting some content on the site and putting the images of different sizes which making the site looks weird.
Now he is asking for refund that theme is broken or some thing like that, what should i do in this case?



Do not refund but don’t decline and let Envato manage refund request.
