The right option depends on the problem and where you got the item.
If you have an item from the main marketplaces like themeforest then for general issues you can talk to Envato Market Help and Support OR if it is an issue with the item (and assuming the item is supported) then you need to talk to the author https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/203039054-How-to-contact-an-author
If your item is from envato elements then these do not come with the same level of support (as made clear in T&Cs when signing up) but depending on the issue you could try Envato Elements Help and Support
