Hi all. That warning message is shown to everyone with Author (publishing) access to Elements, but it will be displayed on any of the Author-visibile pages that those users can access (Market dashboards, upload tools, etc).
The issue affects dashboard visibility of daily Elements earnings, for days following Oct 10. There’s normally a 33-day delay in new daily Elements earnings being shown, due to the way that subscriber share is calculated: we need to compile all item licensing for a full month, from customers who began their subscription period on that day. Until the issue is resolved, we won’t be able to publish new Elements daily earnings for the following days (Oct 11, 12, etc) - I’ll be posting updates in this thread, for those affected: Elements Author Dashboards: daily earnings data is delayed
Market is not affected by that issue. Sales are relatively slow at the moment, but it’s the week before most of the world’s online marketplaces start their Cyber and Black Friday promotions. These get bigger every year, for us and for other online retailers - but the tradeoff for that is that it’s a major shopping event on the calendar, and customers in many different regions will cut back on spending in order to see what’s available in the big sales and events.
