sahifa theme page speed is very bad

I have bought the Sahifa theme and install it, I am using it for 2 tweeks. But it is very slow.

I have checked its page speed via Google. Mobil is 15-20 and desktop is 30-40. My site is https://ittutorial.org/

Could you help me ? how to speed up this theme ?
