RT-Theme 18 removing top menu bar

Hi! I’m trying to remove the top menu bar from our website, at the moment it looks like this:

From header options I checked the box “Hide Top Bar”

and saved settings, but it does nothing, the top menu bar still appears there. Am I doing something wrong?
