problems removing top bar

I have been trying to figure out how to remove this top bar for the last couple of days (my template is Udesign):

It shows example phone number etc … and social media icons on the right.

I’ve tried many things but it stays put.

Hi,

I think you will get Top bar settings in your purchased theme options.

Otherwise the best way to get the support is Contact your purchased theme Author. How to Contact Author and let them know. Don’t worry just contact theme Author. theme Author will be very happy to assist you.
