Revolution Slider activation problem

I purchased Revolution Slider on 10th April 2018 and managed to activate the plugin and use it for several months. I could use all the “direct buyers” benefits. In the meantime the support time from the developer passed. Just recently I’ve discovered that the premium access is locked as if I didn’t activate it, as if I didn’t buy it. The only thing that changed is that I changed my domain from http to https, but I’m not sure if it is the reason it stoped recognizing my purchase code.

So I tried to deregister the domain and register it again. I did all that was required (made api etc.)

When I click the “Register Slider Revolution” button
a transparent window appears and in the top right corner It says: “purchased code succesfully activated” but the plugin stays INACTIVATED. I tried it few times.

I’m writing that here because there’s no way to contact the developer unless I pay for additional support service period. I feel that would be unfair, because the only thing I want from them is to activate this Revolution Slider and get it to work as it used to work.

you can try with the documentation help. If still no luck then you have to contact the slider plugin Author. Please be noted each individual domain require individual purchase (Unique Purchase code).
