Slider Revolution 6 purchase code locked

My Slider Revolution purchase code is locked. I registered the plugin in one of my trial domain where I draft my projects. Then I deregistered it when my client was able to provide me the domain to transfer it to. Now when I registered the purchase code in the official domain, then an error prompts that I my purchase code is locked. My support is expired but I am happy with it not having the support because it’s good. Now, themepunch in unreachable unless you have purchased an extended support. Now, I am trapped outside. Any advise?

If that doesn’t work, Contact your purchased plugin Author Contact Author and let them know. Plugin Author will be happy to assist you.

Hello,
I did that… it acknowledged that it was deregistered or forced deregistered, However, everytime I enter it on the wordpress. it says the same, purchase code locked, please contact Themepunch. It’s like its forcing me to buy or spend money for support.

“Purchase Code was locked, please contact the ThemePunch support!”

Blocked my key for no reason and do not respond to ticket or email. :expressionless:

  1. I do not see there (https://www.themepunch.com/faq/licensing-information/#regular) a point where it says that your purchase will be taken from you, if you use a key for a different domain.
  2. If you take away keys for using them on two domains, then why is it possible to deactivate the key using this link?

    I didn’t find a ban warning here if I use deactivation.
  3. It is physically impossible to activate your key on two domains at the same time. Only after deactivation and loss of license bonuses. After which will you get banned? Seriously?
  4. Take a look at the domain names I used. These are test domains. I was just testing. And now I understand that it is not in vain. It would be a mistake to use your product in a real project. You are being banned for using the plugin features. Without warning. No rules. This is the height of idiocy.
    5.“If you want to use your purchase code on another domain, please deregister it first…” - this is written in your plugin !!! Yes, i want to use your purchase code on another domain, аnd don’t touch my key anymore!!!
