Rejected theme feedback please

Hi all,

Just had my first theme hard rejected - http://structatheme.com/

Email said it doesn’t meet the quality expected but nothing more. Wasn’t expecting an approval first time round, but would greatly appreciate some feedback from the community to help me for the next theme(s) I want to build.
