Reject: "I'm not able to unzip the item, please check it and upload it again"

I uploaded my product to Codecanyon twice, and it got soft rejected both times. They said “I’m not able to unzip the item, please check it and upload it again”. I’m using Windows 11 and the latest version of WinRAR, and I also tested it on another macOS computer with no issues. My main question is, if they couldn’t unzip the .zip file, how were they able to open the zipped screenshots? because i can see screenshots when i click to Screenshots button in item detail page?

screenshots and main zip are individual zip. So, may be your main zip is somehow corrupted. Try to zip the main files and folder again and make a .zip

It’s the server unzipping the files, if there’s any issue with the file, probably they are unable to see the details inside of the file.

Download and install ZIP or use Windows to ZIP the files.

Thank you for your message, i checked and uploaded again. first 27MB file but now 8MB file.
