Regarding to WPML Plugin

I have purchased Pena - Charity/Non-Profit WordPress Theme,
I want to ask about the following add-ons ,

  • WPML Multilingual CMS (the core plugin)
  • String Translation
  • Translation Management
  • Media Translation
    According to the theme features and its Documentation ,It is clearly specified that WPML features is also included in the theme but the above mentioned supportive plugins are not available to download
    Kindly guide for the same.

I think theme Author mentioned that the theme is WPML compatible mean theme will work fine with WPML. But in theme details page author didn’t mentioned that WPML plugin included.
