So I bought a PHP script about AI Chat GPT. There are 2 scripts in my cart regarding AI Chat GPT scripts. I wanted to buy product A, but instead I checked out product B. When I downloaded the product, I didn’t realize it was the wrong product. When I managed to install the website, then I realized. I bought the wrong product.

My question is, can I do a refund with the case above?

You can try submitting a request but technically that would not fall under grounds for a refund

It’s not possible to get the refund after you downloaded the item. If you haven’t, you could’ve.
